Appeal for public assistance: Hit and run traffic crash, Regents Park

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a vehicle suspected of being involved in a traffic crash on August 11 at Regents Park.

Preliminary information suggests around 5.30am a silver Ford Falcon was struck by a black Mitsubishi Lancer on Green Road, causing the Falcon to spin and collide with oncoming traffic.

The Lancer is then believed to have driven away from the scene of crash.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash or have any CCTV or other information which may assist police in identifying the other car involved to contact Policelink on 131444.

Police are also appealing for anyone who may have seen a vehicle matching the description of the black car involved driving erratically just prior to the crash to come forward.
